"sam" stands for "control", "analysis" and "management". With its ease of use and comprehensive functionality, the tool enables efficient and resource-optimised case management. The case control tool "sam" offers a user-friendly platform for collecting, managing, and analysing case information. "Sam" is suitable, for example, for case management, HR, social services, IV, insurance companies or coaching companies.

Can sam be adapted to the specific needs of my organization?

Some features can be configured by the organisation itself, while other features and modalities can be customised or added upon request.

How is sensitive data protected in sam?

"sam" is a product of Health & Medical Service AG (HMS). It was developed exclusively in Switzerland and meets the latest technical and legal standards. HMS has the following ISO certifications: 27001, 13485 and bears the "Swiss Made Software" label. The data is hosted in two Swiss data centers in accordance with the latest security standards.

How many users can be set up?

It depends on the user package you choose. In the premium version, a maximum of 75 users can be created.

What training opportunities are available for new users?

The initial cost includes the introduction and training of the super-users. In addition, the users are provided with a "sam" manual.

Technical questions

We already have a case documentation system in place. Is migration possible without any problems?

HMS has developed a standard Excel for case migration, which is made available. Excel will be explained in a workshop so that the data can be migrated to "sam" as smoothly as possible. A large part of the migration can be automated.

What system requirements are required for the operation of the case documentation system?

A common, runnable and modern web browser is required.

Is it possible to connect to other software?

Yes, sam offers a standard interface.

Is the application cloud-based?

Yes. sam is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) application hosted in two data centers in Switzerland and accessible via a web browser.

Can the application be used on mobile devices?

Currently, the application is designed for notebooks and desktop PCs.
