A scientifically valid statement about the severity of the case can be made at the beginning of the case. The categorisation of the case as "mild", "moderate" or "severe" automatically assigns the case a predefined duration and a care budget. The pre-defined interim and final measurements allow the effectiveness and thus the economic efficiency of case management to be checked.

With “stayok for experts”, a comprehensive situation analysis of the person concerned can be created once case management has started. By answering the questionnaire, the specialist receives a detailed and visualised evaluation of all relevant areas of the person’s life in the sam within a short period of time.
